Job Title: Brokerage - Carrier Procurement

Reports to: Director of Carrier Procurement

Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and well-spoken individual to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing new carrier relationships, managing the current carrier network, rate negotiation with carrier partners, tracking carriers, and document retrieval. Company KPIs and daily expectations will be outlined for this role.

Job Description:

• -Develop and Manage Carrier Relationship
• -Qualify Carriers to understand preferred lanes and equipment types
• -Pricing & Negotiating Rates with Carrier partners
• -New Carrier Setups (Checking Safety/Insurance)
• -Tracking Loads
• -Document Retrieval

• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer Service Experience
• Understand Active Listening
• Self-Motivated
• Great organizational skills
• Ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Projected Total Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
