JOB PURPOSE:
This position will require a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to coordinate the administrative activities of our Realty department while assisting with the daily activities as directed and in coordination with the Corporate Marketing department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works independently and within a team on special projects. Prepares financial, statistical, narrative and / or other reports as requested by Management

Answering calls for Realty from consumers or agents

Working with Division Sales Representatives in coordinating calls

Provides administrative support to Marketing Management Team

Supports all Realty and Corporate Marketing Management in various tasks

Responsible for updating MLS and maintaining timely
-
Responsible for updating company website with changes as directed by management

May be required to handles interoffice mail and packages

Other duties as apparent or assigned

Able to work in team environment

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Suite

Must be able to interact and communicate with individual at all levels of the organization as well as outside agents, customers

Ability to work well under deadlines

Various system experience a plus
Education and Work Experience
-
Associates degree or 1-2 year equivalent experience OR combination of education and skills.

Experience with a homebuilder or real estate agency is preferred
