Broth Barista

The Broth Barista is both a drinks craftsperson and an in-shop community builder. Baristas meticulously prepare orders while creating a sense of community in the shop with enthusiasm, positivity and warmth. Baristas also provide assistance with other shop responsibilities as needed, such as cleaning up, organizing, taking inventory, and more.

Our shop is located in the heart of Noe Valley, a warm, friendly, tight-knit neighborhood. Many of our customers are regulars, and building relationships with them is a big part of what makes this job meaningful.

We are looking for Team Members who would like to work part-time (10-25 hours a week). All employees are eligible for bottomless broth during their shifts. Team Members also participate in a tip pool and may earn an average of $7.00-$11.00 additional per hour.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
