We are a small established business. Owner is stepping away from brow services to be in the facial room and is looking for the perfect candidate to take over existing, long-time clientele. This is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate.

Estheticians are welcome to apply. There is an opportunity for a hybrid position as an Esthetician + Brow Artist. However, styling brows will be the primary role.

Responsibilites:

• Consult with clients to understand their desired brow shape and style, providing expert recommendations tailored to their facial features and preferences
• Perform precise brow shaping techniques including waxing, tweezing, and tinting to achieve flawless results.
• Apply advanced esthetic treatments such as brow lamination or tinting to enhance brow fullness and color
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations after each client
• Educate clients on brow care routines and recommend products or treatments to maintain their look at home
• Use salon software like VAGARO to schedule appointments, update client records, and manage bookings efficiently. Knowledge in SHOPIFY is a plus.
• Stay current on beauty trends and new techniques in brow artistry to continually elevate your skills
• Open and close studio as well as maintain cleanliness of studio during shifts.
• Promote your work on social media and take photos for content creation.
• Assist owner is day to day operations as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Brow Artist or in related esthetic roles such as cosmetology, skincare, or makeup application
• Passion for holistic health care and beauty as wellness.
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques to promote products and services confidently
• Familiarity with salon management software like VAGARO or similar platforms.
• Skilled in performing facials is a plus as we can later add this service to your menu.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients in a luxury, upscale environment.
• Can work independently. We are a small team and you will often be working solo.
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all procedures
• Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing as required by local regulations

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
