Job Overview
As a Brow Artist, you will be the creative force behind enhancing the natural beauty of our clients' brows and overall appearance. Your expertise in various beauty techniques will empower you to provide exceptional services, ensuring a delightful experience for every customer who walks through our doors. You will work in a vibrant environment where your skills in brow shaping, makeup application, and customer service will shine!

What you’ll do

• Shape and define brows using techniques such as hair threading and body waxing to achieve stunning results.
• Provide esthetic laser treatments and dermabrasion services to enhance skin texture and appearance.
• Apply makeup expertly to complement clients’ features and boost their confidence.
• Administer botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with precision, ensuring safety and satisfaction.
• Offer eyelash extensions that elevate the overall look while maintaining high standards of sanitation.
• Utilize salon software like MINDBODY for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and understanding their beauty needs.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetology, including nail care and barbering techniques.

Requirements

• A valid cosmetology license, esthetician or waxing license is essential for this role.
• Proven experience in retail sales within the beauty industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with salon software systems, particularly SQUARE to streamline operations effectively.
• Strong skills in hair threading, body waxing, makeup application, and other beauty services.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for providing top-notch customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Willingness to continuously learn new techniques and stay current with industry trends.
