Responsibilities

• Perform brow services; including waxing, threading, and tweezing, tinting/staining/henna to achieve desired styles.
• Consult with clients to understand their goals and recommend services.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Assist clients with advising on other recommended beauty services such as lash services, facials, or other appropriate services.
• Use spa software and management systems (MEEVO) to schedule appointments and track client preferences.
• Educate clients on brow maintenance routines and aftercare to ensure long-lasting results.
• Support retail sales of brow products, skincare items, and beauty tools to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in esthetic treatments such as waxing, threading, or eyebrow shaping; ESTHETICIAN LICENSE REQUIRED.
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques and excellent customer service skills.
• Strong understanding of sanitation protocols and safety standards in a salon environment.

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
