Calling all brow lovers in Austin!

Austin's original brow-focused studio, Symmetry Brow Bar & Skin Studio (est. 2015), is growing, and we're searching for a passionate brow-focused esthetician who wants to build a long-term career specializing in brows.

Named one of Austin's Best Brow Salons by POPSUGAR, Symmetry is known for natural-looking brow transformations, exceptional client care, and our proprietary Symmetry Brow Method.

This is not a typical esthetics position.

Approximately 80% of your work will focus on brows. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves brow shaping, brow design, facial symmetry, and helping clients feel more confident. The ideal candidate sees brows as a specialty, not just another service on the menu.

While facial services are part of our menu, this is a brow-focused role. We are seeking someone who would be genuinely excited if brows made up the majority of their schedule.

We are looking for a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on industry experience who is ready to grow with a busy, established studio and become a true brow specialist.

Who We're Looking For:

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist
• Minimum 2 years of professional industry experience
• Passionate about brows, beauty, skin, and facial symmetry
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Positive, coachable, reliable, and team-oriented
• Excited to learn and master the Symmetry Brow Method
• Comfortable discussing rebooking and retail recommendations
• Familiarity with sanitation practices and maintaining a safe treatment space
• Additional certifications in skincare, lash services, or body waxing are advantageous but not required

Weekend Availability Is Non-Negotiable

This position requires availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Pay: $34,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
