Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Brunch Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team Saturday - Sunday from 9am-3pm. In this role, you will be the face of our lively brunch service, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional beverage service and engaging customer interactions. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of brunch cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Manage multiple orders efficiently while ensuring timely service during busy brunch hours
• Assist with food handling and serving duties as needed, including supporting catering or banquet events
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or hospitality setting—fine dining experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly during peak hours
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a lively yet professional atmosphere
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing
• Previous banquet or catering experience is advantageous but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, weekends, and holidays in a vibrant environment focused on food industry excellence
