• Sample Handling: Collect, process, and prepare patient samples like blood, urine, and tissues.
• Diagnostic Testing: Perform a variety of tests (hematology, microbiology, chemistry) using sophisticated instruments (microscopes, PCR, HPLC).
• Quality Control (QC): Execute QC procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Data Management: Accurately record, document, and archive test results and patient information.
• Collaboration: Communicate findings with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
• Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to strict safety protocols, maintain sterile environments, and ensure equipment functionality.
