Bsc Nurse

• Provide clinical nursing care including monitoring vital signs, administering medication, wound care, and assisting in procedures.
• Deliver maternal and child health services including antenatal, delivery, and postnatal care.
• Supervise junior nursing staff and ensure adherence to care standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and families on health, prevention, and care.
• Implement infection control and maintain a safe environment.
