Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate, Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to residents in our assisted living facility. The RN promoting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of elderly residents by coordinating care, managing chronic conditions, and supporting daily living activities in a respectful, proper manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessments of resident health status
• Implement, individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Educate residents and families on health management, medication, and wellness
• Supervise Nursing Assistants.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and health and safety regulations
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Provide end-of-life care and support as needed

Qualifications:

• Bsc Nursing or GNM completion is required
• 3 year of nursing experience; elder care or long-term care preferred

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,000.36 per month
