BSc Nursing Tutor

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching & Instruction: Deliver lectures, seminars, and practicals on nursing subjects, using diverse methods like case studies and simulations.
• Curriculum Development: Assist in creating, updating, and revising course materials, lesson plans, and learning resources.
• Clinical Supervision: Guide and oversee students during clinical postings, ensuring adherence to best practices and policies.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and clinical skills, providing constructive feedback.
• Mentorship & Support: Mentor students, offer academic and professional guidance, and help develop study skills.
• Professional Development: Stay updated with advancements in nursing and model professional conduct and clinical competence.
• Administration: Assist with student selection, welfare, and general school administration as needed.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Nursing, active license.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
