Bsc staff nurse

• Patient Care: Assess patient needs, administer medications/treatments, take vital signs, assist with procedures, provide hygiene, and offer emotional support.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, complete health records, document symptoms/progress, and record medical history.
• Collaboration: Work with doctors and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, coordinating care across professionals.
• Patient Education: Inform patients and families about illnesses, treatments, and health maintenance.
• Equipment & Environment: Operate medical equipment, ensure a clean/safe working environment, and prepare supplies.
• Supervision: May oversee junior staff (LPNs, nursing assistants).
