BTEC Coordinator & Business Teacher

Overview

Think First Academy - Pearson BTEC Center in Dubai is seeking an experienced and passionate Business Teacher to join our dynamic faculty. We are looking for an educator with expertise in delivering BTEC Business & Enterprise, GCSE Business, and IB Diploma Programme (DP) Business Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons across BTEC Business & Enterprise, GCSE Business Studies, and IB DP Business Management.
• Prepare students for internal and external examinations, ensuring high academic achievement.
• Develop schemes of work and instructional materials that align with international standards and Think First Academy's vision of excellence.
• Provide academic guidance and support to students, including individualized learning pathways.
• Contribute to extracurricular and enrichment activities that enhance the business learning experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain quality assurance standards and align with international curricula frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Education (Master's preferred).
• Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Proven teaching experience in BTEC, GCSE, and/or IB DP Business.
• Familiarity with assessment methodologies and international examination requirements.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and student engagement skills.
• Ability to inspire a diverse student body and foster critical thinking and enterprise skills.
