CPKO Bleacher Deo Operator – Job Description Vacancies: 4 Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical Role Summary: Operates and monitors the bleaching and deodorizing units in a palm kernel oil refinery to ensure removal of impurities, colour, and odour from crude oil, producing high-quality refined oil. Key Responsibilities: Operate bleaching tanks and deodorizing equipment according to standard procedures Add and mix bleaching agents and monitor temperature and pressure settings Ensure proper flow of oil through the refining stages Collect samples for quality testing and adjust process parameters as needed Maintain equipment cleanliness and follow safety protocols Skills Required: Basic understanding of oil refining processes Ability to monitor gauges, valves, and control panels Attention to detail and safety awareness Physical stamina and ability to work in hot environments
