We are seeking a skilled Application Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications that enhance our business processes. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet user needs and align with our strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable applications using various programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services to enhance application functionality.
- Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure application reliability and performance.
- Utilize version control systems such as Git and SVN for code management.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Document application architecture, design specifications, and user flows for future reference.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.
Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, Ruby, JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP, and SQL.
- Experience with frameworks like Spring Framework, Django, Angular, React, Ruby on Rails, ASP.NET, and Express.js.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and CI/CD practices using Jenkins or similar tools.
- Knowledge of database management systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, SQLite, and Redis.
- Understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, SCSS, Bootstrap, AJAX, JSON, XML, and responsive web design principles.
- Experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure for application deployment and management.
- Strong skills in data visualization techniques and tools to present data effectively.
- Ability to wireframe applications using tools like Trello or similar project management software.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices to streamline the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $38.73 - $46.65 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 8 per week
