Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of bubble teas, specialty drinks, and snacks with precision and flair
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, adhering to food safety and handling standards
• Provide friendly, attentive customer service to ensure a memorable experience for all guests
• Manage cash handling accurately, including cash register operations and balancing at shift end
• Assist with food preparation tasks, ensuring quality standards are met consistently
• Uphold food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times

Requirements

• Previous barista or food service experience preferred, especially in cafés or retail environments
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is advantageous
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable team player with good communication skills
