Bubble Tea Cafe Barista

Job Overview
We are hiring friendly, reliable, and motivated team members to join our Bubble Tea shop. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast paced, customer focused environment and take pride in providing great service. No prior experience is required, we provide training for the right candidates.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate the POS system efficiently for order taking and payment processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and utensils.
• Assist in food preparation and handling, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu items, including seasonal specials and new offerings.

Requirements

• Previous or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and transactions.
• A passion for bubble tea and an eagerness to learn about different brewing techniques.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
