Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of boba tea beverages, gelato, and other specialty treats with precision and care
• Operate POS systems such as Clover POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas, ensuring food safety compliance at all times
• Engage with customers warmly, upselling menu items to enhance their experience and increase sales
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Restock supplies, manage inventory levels, and ensure the workspace is organized and hygienic
• Assist with food handling tasks such as bussing tables, cleaning equipment, and supporting kitchen operations when needed

Skills

• Experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service restaurant environments preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
• Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced café or retail setting while maintaining attention to detail
