Bubble Tea Shift Leads

Specialty tea shop looking for shift lead positions to grow with us!

We are a small family owned and community based café. We serve bubble teas, craft tea drinks, and sell a variety loose leaf teas. We are looking for team members that are positive, friendly, and have strong communication skills. Applicants need to be able to handle a fast paced environment, can multi-task, and demonstrate effort and professionalism.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Interacting with customers providing a welcoming and positive experience, taking orders, tendering cash, making orders, washing equipment, keeping work station and café organized and clean. Learning and sharing information about Tea.

Position requirement:

- Dependability and punctuality A Must

- Friendly, clean, and hardworking

- Strong customer service skills

- Physically and energetically able to work thru shift

Salary:

$16-$18 Plus tips, based on experience and performance

Experience preferred: cafe experience, food service experience, bubble tea experience
