Bud Trimmer/ Packager

Bud Trimmer/Packager is responsible for handling dried cannabis flower, trimming to quality standards, and preparing product for packaging. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to maintain productivity throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Hand-trim cannabis flower with accuracy and consistency
• Weigh, sort, and package product to exact specifications
• Maintain quality control and follow all SOPs
• Keep workstation clean and organized
• Assist with post-harvest tasks as needed
• Follow all compliance and safety rules

Requirements

• Passion for the cannabis industry
• Strong attention to detail and steady work pace
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods
• Comfortable working in a colder indoor environment
• Ability to lift up to 15–50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
• OMMA Credentials

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
