Budget Analyst

This position is responsible for: assisting in the development, preparation, and administration of the annual operating budget and capital improvement plan; compiling and analyzing data; preparing financial reports; assisting with creation and amending TIF districts; and more!

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, public administration, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• A master’s degree in public administration or business administration
• Broad knowledge of accounting, budgeting, finance, and municipal management
• Specialized knowledge of economic development and property acquisition
