Budget and Estimation Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Budgeting, Cost Control & ERP

• Prepare project budgets based on drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Upload and manage approved budgets in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / PMS)
• Monitor cost vs budget through ERP reports and dashboards
• Track commitments, actuals, and forecasts in ERP
• Raise alerts for cost overruns, budget deviations, and cash flow risks
• Support monthly cost closure and reconciliation in ERP

Estimation & BOQ

• Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, and rate analysis for civil works
• Prepare detailed estimates for RCC, finishing, structural, and infrastructure works
• Integrate BOQs with ERP cost codes and WBS
• Support tendering, techno-commercial evaluations, and negotiations

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with planning, procurement, execution, and finance teams
• Generate MIS reports from ERP on cost, budget status, forecasts, and variances
• Support management reviews, audits, and cost meetings
• Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with contract terms, specifications, and ERP workflows
• Maintain complete budget, estimate, billing, and ERP documentation
• Support internal and external audits with ERP data.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• At least 5 8 years of experience.
• Certification or hands-on experience in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Construction ERP) preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
