What Kind of Teammate Are We Looking For?

• Preferably graduated from departments such as Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Budgeting, Financial Reporting, and/or Auditing
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly MS Excel
• Advanced level of English (both written and spoken)
• A team player with strong analytical thinking, result-oriented approach, and excellent communication skills
• Strong numerical analysis ability and effective problem-solving skills
• Goal and result-oriented, successful in follow-up and completion of tasks
• Dynamic, disciplined, detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to confidentiality principles
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and flexible working hours

Job Description

• Supporting the preparation and reporting of periodic financial statements and monthly management reports
• Conducting annual and long-term budgeting studies, working on revised forecasts based on changing conditions, and reporting the results
• Assisting in the preparation, analysis, and reporting of budget vs. actual comparison reports
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of a sustainable and high-quality reporting system
• Taking part in profitability analyses and feasibility study processes
• Preparing key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting them periodically
