Budgeting & Planning Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Budgeting & Planning Manager to join our Doha office. This role is responsible for leading the budgeting process, financial planning activities, and performance monitoring to support effective decision-making and long-term business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic and operational planning
• Monitor budget performance and conduct detailed variance analysis
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial data
• Coordinate with departments to ensure alignment with financial targets and forecasts
• Prepare periodic financial reports, dashboards, and KPI analysis
• Support scenario planning and business forecasting initiatives
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve financial performance
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial planning data

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Professional certification (CFA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in budgeting, FP&A, or financial planning roles
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems (ERP, BI tools preferred)
• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting principles
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
