Budtender/Receptionist

We are specifically looking for people with CONSISTENT WEEKEND availability, including Sundays. We rotate weekend shifts as needed, but are really looking for someone to reliably cover most weekends.

Budtender:

• Be aware of and follow all compliancy rules, per the State of Michigan & LARA
• Maintain and build your working knowledge of the properties and uses of cannabis, as well as learn about our products.
• Provide a speedy, accurate, welcoming, and knowledgeable check out for every guest.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the store.
• Ensure product on the sales floor is visually appealing and ready for sale.
• Be aware of the daily deals.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Build and maintain customer profiles and experiences.
• Maintain professionally during all customer interactions and service rushes.
• Be able to learn, understand, and use our POS system fluently.
• Help the rest of the team maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Stock product on the sales wall.

Experience/Qualifications

• Sales/customer service REQUIRED
• Over 21 years old and can pass a background check
• Authorized to work in U.S.
• Knowledge of medical or recreational cannabis uses and/or procedures is a plus
• Be able to maintain a balanced till.
• Be able to stand for long periods of time, carry up to 20lbs, and bend/reach for merchandise.

Receptionist:

• Answer questions about basic store policies, pricing, and general information about the store.
• Answer phone calls quickly and efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
• Be able to maintain several phone lines.
• Monitor flow of people coming into store, and keeping track of who is waiting to check in vs other guests.
• Greet and check in all guests.
• Create and maintain/update guest profiles efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor and reply to reviews, under the direction of the supervisor.
• Help with basic cleaning and sanitation tasks.
• Be able to multitask efficiently with answering phone calls, checking in customers quickly and accurately, and maintain pleasant attitude for all interactions.

Experience & Qualifications

• Over 21 years old and can pass a background check
• Customer Service experience required
• Multi-line phone handling experience preferred
• Cannabis POS system experience is a plus
• Basic computer knowledge/experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Be able to sit/stand for long periods of time.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
