Buffet, Order Reservations & Hospitality Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for a Buffet, Order Reservations, and Hospitality Supervisor with strong organizational and communication skills to manage reservations, supervise buffet operations, and ensure excellent hospitality service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage buffet reservations and customer orders.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and operations team to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Supervise buffet setup and maintain high presentation standards.
• Oversee the hospitality team to ensure professional service.
• Welcome guests and ensure a positive service experience.
• Ensure all buffet and hospitality supplies are prepared before service.
• Monitor order preparation and delivery according to customer requirements.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues when necessary.
• Prepare basic reports on daily reservations and orders.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in restaurants, catering, buffet, or hospitality services.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Professional appearance and guest-oriented attitude.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
