Job Description:
We are looking for a Buffet, Order Reservations, and Hospitality Supervisor with strong organizational and communication skills to manage reservations, supervise buffet operations, and ensure excellent hospitality service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage buffet reservations and customer orders.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and operations team to ensure timely preparation of orders.
- Supervise buffet setup and maintain high presentation standards.
- Oversee the hospitality team to ensure professional service.
- Welcome guests and ensure a positive service experience.
- Ensure all buffet and hospitality supplies are prepared before service.
- Monitor order preparation and delivery according to customer requirements.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues when necessary.
- Prepare basic reports on daily reservations and orders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurants, catering, buffet, or hospitality services.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Professional appearance and guest-oriented attitude.
