Our mission is to build the region’s dominant digital health platform, delivering personalized health journeys for a rapidly growing “Silver Senior” population. With a combined community reach of over 1,000,000 and access to cutting-edge AI technology, we are poised for explosive growth.

As our Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will be a key player in this mission, executing the campaigns that will grow our platform, engage our community, and connect users with trusted health solutions.

Your Mission: What You Will Drive
  • Execute & Optimize Growth Campaigns: Design and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Social Media, Content, SEM, SEO) to promote our exclusive products and drive user acquisition.
  • Champion the Growth of our Digital Platform: Play a pivotal role in the launch and subsequent growth of our new website and app, transforming it into the key resource for the 50+ community.
  • Co-create Authoritative Health Content: Work directly with various clients and Fimmick’s content team to produce and distribute engaging, credible health content (articles, videos, infographics) from our Health Content Studio.
  • Engage and Nurture a 230,000+ Strong Community: Manage the 「50+友」 social media channels (155k+ followers, 76k+ group members), fostering trust, driving conversations, and gathering insights to inform our strategy.
  • Leverage a Cutting-Edge AI & Martech Stack: Utilize Fimmick’s proprietary AI Agents Platform, Data Hub, and KOC management tools to personalize content, target audiences effectively, and measure campaign performance with precision.
Who You Are: Your Profile & Qualifications
  • Experienced Digital Marketer: You have 3-5 years of hands-on experience across the digital marketing spectrum, including social media management, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
  • Mission-Driven: You are passionate about health, technology, and making a tangible, positive impact on people’s lives. Experience or a strong interest in the healthcare or wellness sector is a major plus.
  • Community-Focused: You understand how to build and nurture an online community, with empathy and an authentic voice that resonates with the 50+ demographic.
  • Data-Informed: You are comfortable using analytics tools to track performance, derive insights, and make recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Collaborative & Proactive: You thrive in a lean, fast-paced team environment and are excited by the prospect of building something new.

A Note on the Role:
We are committed to finding the right talent. Candidates with less direct experience but who demonstrate exceptional potential and a strong aptitude for technology sales will be enthusiastically considered for the Assistant Business Development Manager role.
