Builder / Unit Assembly Technician

Love working with your hands? Interested in motorcycles and powersports?

Montgomeryville Cycle Center is looking for an Entry-Level Builder / Assembly Technician to join our team. This is a great opportunity to get started in the powersports industry and learn alongside experienced technicians.

No dealership experience is required—basic mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.

Experience with motorcycles is a plus, but not required.

For the right candidate, this role can grow into a full technician position with training and advancement opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Assemble new motorcycles and powersports vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Perform vehicle setup and pre-delivery inspections (PDI)
• Move, stage, and organize units for service, display, and delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist technicians and service staff with basic tasks as needed
• Ensure all units are properly prepared for customer delivery

What We're Looking For

• Basic mechanical skills (automotive, small engine, or similar)
• Interest in motorcycles and powersports
• Must own a basic set of hand tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Valid driver's license

Schedule

Monday–Friday

Pay

$16.00 – $19.00 per hour - depending on experience
