Join Our Team as a Building & Grounds Maintenance Technician

As a Building & Grounds Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our facilities safe, functional, and looking their best. From general repairs to preventive maintenance, you’ll help ensure our operations run smoothly every day.
What You’ll Do
You’ll perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and minor electrical work. You’ll assist with mechanical troubleshooting, building modifications, and inspections, while ensuring safe operation of tools and equipment. You’ll also handle landscaping, furniture moves, and cleaning duties, complete work orders and preventive maintenance tasks, and maintain accurate records—all while supporting compliance with safety and environmental standards.

We’re looking for a dependable team player with strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn. You should be adaptable, safety-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Problem-solving skills and flexibility in a dynamic environment are essential.
Requirements
Work Environment & Physical Demands
This role involves working in both office and manufacturing environments. You’ll be exposed to noise, temperature extremes, mechanical parts, and airborne particles. Physical demands include regular standing, walking, lifting (up to 60 lbs), and use of hand tools. Visual acuity and the ability to work safely in various conditions are required.
