Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscaping tasks including trimming trees, planting flowers, and maintaining gardens to uphold the property's aesthetic appeal.
• Operate various hand tools and power tools safely for landscape maintenance, hardscape repairs, and general upkeep.
• Conduct basic lawn care activities.
• Assist with construction projects related to property improvements like installing walkways, patios, or fencing.
• Perform routine building maintenance including minor repairs, cleaning gutters, painting touch-ups, and ensuring all areas meet safety standards.
• Provide tree care services including trimming, pruning, and health assessments to promote healthy growth and safety around the property.

Requirements

• Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating hand tools, power tools, , and other landscaping or construction equipment.
• Familiarity with hardscape installation and maintenance such as pathways or retaining walls.
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions; must be comfortable with manual labor involving lifting or operating heavy machinery.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to property upkeep and safety standards. This role is paid in accordance with industry standards for skilled maintenance positions at historic properties. Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
