Building Caretaker

We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Building caretaker to ensure the cleaning, safety and security of our premises and personnel. If you have a keen eye for detail and are committed to maintaining a safe environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, and vandalism.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
• Provide security for company personnel, visitors, and assets.
• Control access points by verifying identification and logging visitor information.
• Inspect and secure windows, doors, and gates to ensure the premises are properly secured.
• Operate and monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras.
• Report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or incidents to the management.
• Assist in emergency situations such as evacuations or medical emergencies.
• Enforce company policies and procedures regarding security and safety.
• General Cleaning toilets and common area

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a security guard / building caretaker or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of legal guidelines for security and public safety.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Physical strength and stamina to handle security duties.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
