Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Caretaker to maintain the upkeep and organize the institutional building. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall maintenance of the premises.

Responsibilities:-

• Maintain all areas of the facility and utilities including floors, windows, and surfaces- Perform routine maintenance tasks,-
• Manage waste disposal and recycling-
• Maintain outdoor spaces, parking management including landscaping.-
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations- Report any damages or issues to management-
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations- Key management and Lift management
• - Manage Housekeeping, manage Security personnels.- Ensure cleanliness at all times of inside and outside building premises
• - Willing to do clerical duties also

Requirements:

• ITI /Diploma - ⁠2 and 4 wheeler driving license preferable
• Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures-
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic- Age Above 40 YrsWorking Conditions:- Accommodation is provided in the premises- Work timings will be 8 am to 8 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
