Job Summary

The Project Manager will lead and manage high-rise building construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within approved timelines, budget, and quality standards. The role requires strong UAE high-rise construction experience, stakeholder coordination, contract administration, and knowledge of local authority regulations. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, resource allocation, subcontractor management, and safety performance to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor high-rise building projects ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams including construction, MEP, design, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractor teams.
• Prepare and review project execution plans (PEP), method statements, risk assessments, and resource schedules.
• Monitor construction progress through weekly and monthly progress reports; implement corrective action plans when required.
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE authority regulations including Dubai Municipality, RTA, Civil Defense, Trakhees, DEWA, and relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for approvals, inspections, and technical issues.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, cash flow forecasting, and variation claims in coordination with commercial and QS teams.
• Oversee procurement planning, material delivery schedules, and subcontractor performance to avoid delays.
• Ensure implementation of QA/QC and HSE standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site visits to validate progress, quality, manpower allocation, and safety compliance.
• Lead project meetings with consultants and clients; prepare minutes of meetings and follow up on action items.
• Manage handing-over activities including snagging, testing & commissioning, documentation, and final completion certifications.
• Evaluate project KPIs and prepare close-out reports with lessons learned for organizational improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 15–20 years of experience in construction, with at least 7 years as Project Manager handling high-rise building projects in Dubai/UAE.
• Proven track record delivering 30+ storey buildings or equivalent large-scale vertical projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, contract conditions (FIDIC), and local authority procedures.
• Proficient in MS Project/Primavera, MS Office, and project documentation systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
