About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Building Designer with a strong background in projects using Structural Concrete Insulated Panels (SCIP).

- At least 5 years of design experience focused exclusively on SCIP systems, including project execution oversight.
- 2–3 years of hands-on field experience with SCIP panels — understanding strengths, weaknesses, and installation challenges.
- Proven experience with three or more SCIP panel manufacturers’ products.
- Ability to produce technical drawings and construction details optimized for SCIP.
- Strong understanding of all phases of the project lifecycle, from schematic design to completion.
Note: Experience with other panel systems (ICF, SIP, tilt-up, etc.) will not be considered relevant.Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with shotcrete and precast SCIP applications.
- Ability to educate clients and mentor team members on SCIP advantages.
