Building Designer / visualizer

We are looking for a skilled Building Designer / Visualizer to join our team at SRI ANGAMMAL CONSTRUCTIONS. As a key player in our design department, you will be responsible for bringing our projects to life through your expertise in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with architects and engineers to create innovative and visually appealing building designs that meet client requirements.

2. Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Google SketchUp to visualize the project from concept to completion.

3. Create realistic renderings and walkthroughs using Lumion to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

4. Enhance visual presentations through photo editing and manipulation using Adobe Photoshop.

5. Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements to ensure the highest level of design quality and efficiency.

6. Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to ensure that designs are executed accurately and within budget.

7. Maintain organized project files and documentation to track progress and facilitate communication within the team.
