The Historic Marcy Casino in Delaware Park host "The Terrace at Delaware Park Restaurant and Special Events"

We are looking for the right person who will help us keep this Building and grounds looking beautiful day after day. The position entails a daily list of tasks and rotating maintenance schedules that include responsibilities such as....

• Daily cleaning
• Watering of plants and light gardening
• Maintaining landscape lighting
• Small maintenance jobs including occasional painting
• driving golf cart

Must be dependable, trustworthy and an early riser.

Candidates must be able to work independently and be self motivated to stay on task and find new tasks. A good well rounded set of basic skills is a must. Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
