About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Faculty for Building Information Modeling (BIM) to join our academics team. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a genuine enthusiasm for teaching, mentoring, and inspiring the next generation of design and construction professionals. If you love guiding learners, simplifying complex concepts, and seeing students grow in confidence and skill, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and practical sessions on BIM tools, workflows, and principles.
• Design course content, assignments, and assessments aligned with real-world industry needs.
• Help students build a strong foundation by ensuring clarity in both basic and advanced topics.
• Provide hands-on training using BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, BIM 360, Civil 3D, 3DsMAX , Techla, Staadpro or similar tools.
• Mentor students individually to help them overcome challenges and build technical competence.
• Stay updated on current BIM practices and contribute to curriculum improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Practical experience in BIM projects and proficiency in tools AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, BIM 360, Civil 3D, 3DsMAX , Techla, Staadpro or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior teaching or training experience in BIM or related technical fields.
• Relevant BIM or Autodesk certification.
• Exposure to multidisciplinary BIM workflows.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
