• Interior Designing and Building Maintenance Marketing
• Marketing, Finding New Jobs and Supervising Site Works
• Basic Salary plus Commission

• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
• Visit potential customers for new business.
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities.
• Project Planning, Monitoring & scheduling, Managing Resources & tracking of different materials & Resources.
• Monitor the relevant work information to enable claims for work activities to be detailed for valuations.
• Review cost estimates for new work.
• Manage in-house and sub-contractor costs from inception to completion of relevant contracts, highlighting areas of concern or increased delivery costs.
• Monitor and report on sub-contractor performance implementing corrective action requests where necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
