Job Duties:

• Performs basic, routine maintenance on building interior and exterior
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks as assigned, and maintain maintenance logs according to company policies
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and work orders
• Assist lead maintenance technician with all building tasks
• Covers all hotel maintenance tasks on the scheduled off days of the lead maintenance technician.
• Maintains and services pool and spa areas including testing and recording as stated by State and City regulations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Weekends and holidays are required.
