Building Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance and repair activities across multiple leased buildings. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, civil repair work, interior finishing, painting, cleaning coordination, and general facility upkeep.
The role also requires close interaction with tenants and ensuring timely resolution of their maintenance concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance tasks across multiple buildings.
• Oversee electrical, plumbing, civil, carpentry, and interior repair works.
• Manage painting, polishing, cleaning, common area upkeep, and basic renovation activities.
• Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Assign work to technicians, monitor progress, and verify quality of repairs.
• Coordinate with external vendors/contractors when required.
• Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, materials inventory, and repair records.
• Ensure buildings remain safe, functional, and in compliance with standards.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify needs and plan preventive maintenance.
• Report building issues, cost estimates, and repair updates to management.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in building/facility maintenance supervision.
• Strong knowledge of electrical & plumbing systems, civil maintenance, and interior works.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Experience in managing teams of technicians and contractors.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with tenants and management.
• Basic computer knowledge for record-keeping and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil fields.
• Experience managing multiple buildings or commercial properties.
• Working knowledge of safety standards and compliance practices.
