Building Maintenance Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise overall building maintenance operations including civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry works

Skills & Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical
• 4+ years experience in building or facility maintenance supervision
• Strong knowledge of civil maintenance and basic MEP systems
• Good team handling and vendor management skills
• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure smooth facility operations
• Conduct regular building inspections and identify repair and safety issues
• Manage technicians, vendors, and contractors effectively
• Ensure proper functioning of utilities such as water supply, power, drainage, and lighting systems
• Handle emergency maintenance issues and urgent repairs
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and material inventory
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements
• Coordinate with facility management and housekeeping teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
