Building Maintenance Tech

We are seeking Building Maintenance Technicians with Concrete experience to join our team in Joplin, Missouri. These positions can be physically demanding, and candidates must be able to work outdoors, at heights and travel as needed. Desired Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years experience in metal building construction( trim and metal roofing maintenance) and concrete work.

· Experience with structural steel buildings

· Bucket Truck experience

· Ability to work alone and self-manage time and efforts

· Able to troubleshoot and assess any and all issues with existing buildings.

· Ability to work in the heat, with no fear of heights

· Proven experience in concrete

· Familiarity or expert in flooring installation techniques

· Knowledge of concrete finishing methods is essential for quality results

· Ability to work effectively on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols

· Experience with hardscape installations

· Strong attention to detail

· Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the workday
