Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team of apartment maintenance techs, NO ON CALL, must have a clean and valid driver's license

Should have two years prior work history in apartment maintenance, such as minor pluming and electric, drywall repair, painting,

have own small hand tools, dependable with good attendance,
