BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in general building maintenance and be capable of handling multiple technical disciplines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Gypsum board installation, repair, and finishing
• Plumbing works (leak fixing, sanitary fittings, pipelines)
• Electrical works (lighting, switches, sockets, minor DB works)
• Water heater installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• AC servicing and basic HVAC maintenance
• Smart maintenance works (smart switches, locks, sensors – basic level)
• General building maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks
• Responding to maintenance complaints and emergency repairs
• Ensuring safety standards and proper workmanship at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years UAE experience in building maintenance
• Good knowledge of gypsum, plumbing, electrical, AC, and water heaters
• Experience in residential or commercial buildings
• Basic understanding of smart systems is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to handle maintenance tasks
• Immediate availability preferred

Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
