Job Description
Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities related to BMS solutions, with a focus on Indoor Climate applications.
Promote and sell BMS solutions that manage HVAC systems, air quality sensors, temperature control, energy management, and other indoor climate control systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including real estate developers, MEP consultants, facility managers, and large commercial/institutional customers.
Prepare and deliver effective technical and commercial presentations to prospective clients.
Analyze customer needs and propose tailored BMS solutions that meet project requirements.
Support customers in system selection, specification, and proposal development.
Coordinate with technical teams for solution design, implementation planning, and customer support.
Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor solutions in Indoor Climate and BMS space.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM data for tracking leads and customer interactions.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related field preferred.
Proven sales experience in BMS, HVAC controls, or building automation solutions.
Strong understanding of Indoor Climate technologies: HVAC systems, air quality sensors, temperature/humidity control, energy optimization, and related automation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Technical aptitude to understand complex building automation solutions.
Ability to work independently, with a result-oriented attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
