• Pine Road Elementary School

This position guarantees work daily Monday- Friday. The rate of pay is $189 per day.

Responsibilities

• Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to ensure a seamless transition for students.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning environment.
• Engage students in meaningful activities that promote learning and participation.
• Provide support to students with special needs, including those with autism or other learning differences.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents regarding classroom activities and student progress.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and any incidents that occur during class.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

Qualifications

• Valid teaching certification or bachelors degree
• Strong classroom management skills to maintain a productive learning environment.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs or in diverse settings.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies.
• Familiarity with literacy education practices is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students and staff.
