Building Supervisor - Evenings

As a Building Supervisor you would be tasked with creating strong and respectful bonds with all your cleaners. You will spend your nights training, working with and encouraging your cleaners to ensure cleaning quality for our clients. If you are a leader that wants to work with and inspire people to do a job that makes a difference, this job is perfect for you.

Experience in the field is not a must. We are seeking someone with true leadership skills that wants to join a team of like minded individuals that's first goal is to ensure the success of all our employees. Someone that really enjoys the job and wants to create an environment of cleaners that feel the same.

This is a full-time position 5pm-1am Monday-Friday.

Minimum requirements!

• Must have a valid Montana Driver License and be able to pass a DMV, state and federal background check.
• Have to be willing to give and receive feedback in a productive manner.
• Must be able to read and comprehend written work orders.
• Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds to waist height and wear a backpack vacuum.
