We Are Hiring Building Supervisor (Residential Construction)!

Are you an experienced Building Supervisor with a strong background in residential construction projects? We are seeking skilled professionals to join our clients' workforce and oversee residential building projects from commencement through completion while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards are met.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising day to day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring project progress, and ensuring residential construction projects are delivered on time and to specification. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, excellent construction knowledge, and the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders throughout all stages of the building process.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Building Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or Foreman supervising residential building projects across all stages of construction.
• Proven experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site schedules.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, processes, and industry standards.
• Experience conducting quality control inspections and ensuring compliance with applicable building regulations and standards.
• Ability to liaise effectively with clients, tradespeople, local councils, and internal project teams.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Experience maintaining accurate site documentation, records, and progress reports.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem solving abilities.

Must-Have Requirements:

• With a valid passport.
• Must either be exempt from the English language test or have passed an English test (IELTS or PTE Academic).
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive a four wheeled vehicle.
