Building Surveyor

A consistent pipeline of projects means there's now an opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join a well-established consultancy in Lincoln.

The role is varied, giving you exposure to everything from building condition surveys and maintenance advice, through to preparing specifications, contract administration, and project management of capital works across multiple sites. You'll also work closely with clients and play an active part in building long-term relationships.

What we're looking for:

• At least 2 years' experience in Building Surveying
• Degree in Building Surveying (or equivalent experience)
• A practical understanding of commercial property
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
• A proactive approach and the confidence to work independently
• UK driving licence
